Sending out replacement units
Hey everyone.
Were facing a weird one where a shipment was sent into a fulfilment center in USA and they auto relabelled them all for some stupid reason that I can’t fathom, as the barcode is hard designed into the box and the details on the listing match the box.
Anyway, they now keep sending the wrong unit to customers. Constantly. The listing is going to get suspended soon and my CX rate is through the roof. Explaining this to Amazon is impossible.
Is there a way to disable automatic replacement units from being sent out?
Is there a tick box in the settings somewhere?

In manner to not affect your account rating i will suggest to try again with Seller Support and AHS.
