Sent letter of appeal and plan of action but still not getting a human response
I have sent an official letter of appeal and plan of action and I have emailed the rights owner to send a retraction email to the notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk
This is all about 1 photo I misunderstood its usage rights. I removed it and apologised. I sent the appeal and lengthy plan of action but still I am getting an automated response saying I need to get a retraction email sent. I have already asked for this.
Is Amazon’s customer service for its sellers really allowing a competitor to have power over your listing/selling rights?
I feel utterly powerless, I am losing 250-300 a day
Thanks,
Will.

Pointless sending your POA until you have this retraction notice, unless you are disputing the allegation, in which case a POA is not the right course to take anyway, you would need to prove why the allegation was false.
It doesn’t seem that the complainant was wrong so you need to get the retraction before you can proceed.
