SFP badge suspended
Hello Guys
I had a situation:
I sell through SFP .
As a carrier we use amazon shipping.
We had a collection with amazon shipping as usual,but after midnight I’ve seen that all our prime orders that were collected then was shown with defect because of late on time shipment.At the same day we claimed the support of the amazon shipping and they mentioned that the collection was on time,but the driver has delivered our parcel the day later,the reason why was the late scan caused.
Today our prime badge was suspended.
We have submitted the POA and the proofs(screenshots)email from Amazon shipping where the has confirmed the driver’s fault,but seller performance team doesn’t accept it.
Any ideas?

does your driver scan at your site or just pick up and scan at depot?

We have a pallet collection(the driver doesn’t scan the parcels on site)
