SFP - Buy Shipping - Carrier Not Eligible?

Greetings All,

Hoping you could help out with a SFP issue I’m having.

The context:

We’re 1 week into our SFP trial
Currently onboarding with DPD (Request sent with all information and currently in talks with DPD onboarding team)
Carrier has been set up correctly on shipping settings

The problem:

I need to print a test label to send DPD in order to complete onboarding but all carrier options are greyed out apart from hermes drop off.

Do I need to wait until DPD get back to me or is there a setting I haven’t set up correctly?
I have a feeling I need to wait for DPD but would love to hear what experiences you guys have had
