Shipping method

Hi,
I wanted to sell my products on amazon and have a few shipping questions. I want to use Click and Drop (Royal Mail). My items are small and not really expensive but I saw somewhere that I need to provide the tracking number for every item. I have a business account with Royal Mail but only BPL which only allows me to send standard 2nd class and 2nd class signed for.
Can I send my items (large letter format) via 2nd class signed for service (not tracked) or even regular 2nd class? Or do I have to use tracked 24 or 48?

You don’t need to send everything tracked, this is a common misconception (not helped by Seller Support “help” stating that you do)

You can send by standard BPL (I do as do many others) however you would need to manually mark these as dispatched on Amazon and select “stamps/franking” option.

You can not let Click and Drop mark them as dispatched for you or they will send it as “Royal Mail 2nd Class” and amazon will expect a tracking/delivery confirmation number - which is only available with parcels.

There is an option on Click and Drop where you can have it only update Amazon when there is a tracking/delivery confirmation number, that would then update your 2nd class parcels and your signed for items automatically. So then you would just need to deal with the letters/large letters.
