anyone know why my primary image (on any listing) keeps getting deleted? I upload it, no problem, with 4/5 other images.

then amazon deletes it.

then amazon complains that the listing is incomplete because the main image (that they deleted) is missing, and supress the listing.

main image adheres to all requirements. i have to dance this silly little dance of re-editing the listing twice over 24 hours to get the primary image to stick!

am i missing something?

I have listed a few items recently and every time a totally irrelvent picture of jewellery is there instead of my image. Seller central don't help with this. I have no idea why it's happening. I understand when people hijack my listings but this is literally as it's listed amazon have replaced with my image with jewellery and won't let me change it!

Any ideas because there's no point me keeping on wasting time listing under these conditions.

I am uploading a test SKU to learn the bulk template upload, and I'm having an issue I cant figure out.

- All of my variation child SKUs have the same main image

- My image is uploaded to my web server, and meets all of the image requirements ( it works fine when listing this image on a SKU manually on seller central)

So in the spreadsheet the same image URL is pasted in for every child SKU the same in the main image column. Yet 3 of 5 of the child SKUs say they are missing a main image? How can this be when the exact URL is being used on all 5?

Any help would be appreciated.
