Are you on a paid (£30 subscription) account? If not you cannot change shipping prices.

Yes, we’ve got problems. We can change the prices in a new template, but it’s getting them linked to our SKUs that is the difficulty. We’ve nearly 80000 books listed, all with different SKUs - it would be impossible to do manually.

Thanks peter B think i do have 30 pounds subscription why can i not change the shipping prices it seems only work sometimes but most times they keep charging me £7 uk postage
