Should ChatGPT replace Seller Support?
I would personally love for it to be integrated within seller support.
I would love to be able to message seller support about an issue to do with lightning deals and get a response in regards to lightning deals. at the moment i would likely get a response about weather devices in a copy and paste format which assumes they solved my issue already.
Any thoughts?

It’ll never happen. Amazon is all about the future. The future is AI and bot technology, not human beings, unfortunately. People of a “certain age” (ie like me) may remember a worldwide number 1 song called "In the Year 2525" by Zager & Evans. A great tune but the lyrics sounded like total fantasy. Not any more

Additionally, using a language model like ChatGPT in conjunction with a team of human customer service representatives could potentially improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall support process.
