Some maths help please with Amazon fees

I’m an individual seller. What mistake am I making, calculating my fees:

Item (toy) price + P&P: £21.90 + £4.62 = 26.52

=> “Total you will receive”: £20.84
Fees + tax = 4.73 + 0.95 = 5.68

But fees should be 15% + tax 20% on these 15% = total 18%

5.68 - 0.75 (fixed fee) = 4.93

4.93 is 18.59% of 26.52

18% would be 4.77 - not 4.93 - so why 4.93 ?

I’m not bothered about 16p but would like to understand. Also trying to compare fees on Amazon and ebay.

I don’t believe the postage is taken into account for fees?

So its 15% of the item price. Not Item price + P&P
