Stranded Inventory Issue
Hello,
I have an item that has been stuck in stranded inventory and is unable to be disposed of / returned.
This does happen often, but usually clears up by its self within 1 or 2 days, this has been here since 01/01/23.
Just wondering if anyone has had this before for long periods and how you cleared it before it auto removal date?

Hey everyone,
So with regards to my issue, where the item had been deleted from my catalogue (Still sell-able on amazon from other sellers) but stuck in stranded inventory.
I added the product back into my catalogue, the item showed up as “reserved stock”, overnight this seemed to clear itself and then i deleted the line this morning.
Maybe the system was confused that the legacy stock does not belong anywhere as its been deleted from the catalogue?

We’ve had this for a few weeks… Hasn’t self resolved yet & we’ve passed at least 3 auto removal dates and haven’t had them back.
It seems to vary what’s in there too. Sometimes it’s lots of multiple SKUs and others a few. Only 2 at the mo. But haven’t had any back

i wonder if we re-list this in our catalogue and then request for removal from seller support that this might clear the issue?

I have had 2 SKU’s that have been unfulfillable for weeks and I can’t get them returned or disposed of.
If you click on the like ‘1 not available for removal’ it gives you some information why you can’t remove it. For mine it tells me they have been damaged in the warehouse and no further action is required.
