please help us. We`ve got a serious problem with our account. Amazon.co.uk has suspended our account due to restricted products which we were listed. But:
we are selling nutritions and while in our country we can sell any nutritions on Amazon there are some restrictions. They have sent us an information which products are not for sale on an Amazon.co.uk so we have deleted all those products. We have made a repair plan and send to the Amazon. But they are allways answering with the same information (like copy + paste). We have deleted all listings from restricted products (on the dashboard) and nothing. What should we do?
Post the suspension notice and your appeal, plus Amazon’s last response, so that you can get correct advice on how to proceed next.
You may simply be formatting your appeal incorrectly, but until we see no one can give accurate advice to help you
Hi I-NC and Kika Any Luck with your appeal. I am having a similar problem. Cant work out the best plan of action for reactivating my account. Also listed some homeo supplements that are not allowed by amazon. I found this after my account suspension. Made appeals but each time unsuccessful. My plan of Action was as following

I am a responsible seller and principal of the account ----------- at Amazon and would like to apologise that there have been a violation to the Amazon listing policy as a result of the product listings that i have created in my inventory. I was shocked to see the suspension of my Amazon account. Amazon is my livelihood and i would avoid any such actions that could impact on it. I have investigated the issue and came up with the following plan of action
The root cause of the issue?
The actions that you have taken to resolve the issue?
As suggested by Amazon I can confirm that I have deleted all restricted product listings from my inventory that were in violation (- ASINs: --------------------). I do not have any listings in my inventory at present.
The steps that you have taken to prevent the issue going forward?
I shall appreciate if you may point out to anything that i have not covered in my plan of action that would improve the performance of my at Amazon.

Thank you for providing me the opportunity to appeal the deactivation of my account for listing “Dr Reckeweg” homeopathic Medicines/ dietary supplements that are prohibited from sale on Amazon Europe.
The root cause of the issue?
The actions that you have taken to resolve the issue?
The steps that you have taken to prevent the issue going forward?
I believe that my plan of action sufficiently addresses the issue and will prevent it from occurring again. I look forward to having my selling privileges restored

Hi INC i felt we have to accept our failure in the whats gone wrong
if we do not they will never activate us, once accepted we have to put forward steps to overcome the failure immediate steps and long term actions.
Immediate steps are what we have already have carried out and long term action what we have already implemented in our company
Am i in agreement with any one?
