Transfer account to another Ltd company, same owner

Is it possible to transfer a seller account to another Ltd company owned by the same person? Or has anyone tried? The short version is this:

• I own two Ltd companies (call them A and B)
• I’m the sole shareholder and beneficial owner for both companies
• At the moment, I use A for pretty much everything (Amazon, plus consultancy and freelance work), whereas B is just for a sideline (selling via a Shopify site and Etsy)
• Both companies are VAT registered
• It’s got too complicated with company A (mainly to do with VAT and separation of company activities)
• So my thoughts are to transfer the seller account to company B and use B solely for Amazon (and let Amazon do the VAT calculations)
• And move the existing Shopify/Etsy stuff to either sole trader or another Ltd company (that’s simple enough)

I suppose the alternative would be to do the opposite (use company A solely for Amazon and switch my consultancy and freelance work to company B), but that would be a pain too. Although having read the horror stories about account suspensions, it might be easier anyway.
