I am somewhat confused over the option to 'Transfer Account' that is an option from inside my acc settings.
I am operating my seller acc for many years now through my "Ltd A", and later this year, I may be potentially forming a "Ltd B", that is located in a different country entirely, and will be a seperate entity, but will still owned by me.
So, can I transfer my seller account with all its inventory/history over to the Ltd B, in order to take over and operate from? With the aim to then wind down Ltd A.
I keep reading conflicting answers on this, even via seller support cases.
If I can't then why does the option 'Transfer Account' sit in the settings?
The image below, to me, describes that it can be done, it is titled "LEGAL ENTITY CHANGE STEPS" and on the right states "Yes, original account and history remains" so, can I get some clarification please or has anyone managed this directly?

I am not sure about changing to a business in another country but bear in mind your original company will have to have been officially closed on Company House records and Company B will have to be officially set up on Company House - Amazon will check this and want your info.
