Transferring ASIN/ stock to Amazon.nl/de where to get CSV?

Hi.
I know there is a way to download a CSV or other file with my complete stock of stuff that I sell on Amazon.UK, and then use that file to upload it to amazon.de and amazon.nl.

I found the button once, downloaded the file and tried to upload (which went horribly wrong, and data got lost in the process)

Now I can’t find where to click to get that file again…

Anybody any idea? I’ve been looking around for a week now and clicked every button there is to click…

(I usually use pen and paper for business, so if anyone can explain this to me in terms that your geriatric uncle gets it… would be appreciated… )
