Unable to receive payments from Amazon



My company is unable to receive payments to a UK bank account in EUR from sales in Amazon EU.
This has been going on for a while now (since the end of 2019). Tried speaking with the bank, nothing has changed from their perspective. No help from Amazon team either so far.
Can someone help?

Change banks or change your account I’m with Barclays as long as there is less than I think its 20% in currency in I don’t need to switch.
