Unverified payment account
I got my new account suspended since March because Amazon is unable to verified the payment account. Last answer received in April from them is writing “Due to the current European rules and regulations that Amazon Payments…”.
I already sent all the documents again by mail and email.
Any advice at all will be appreciated

Please post the entire notice you received from Amazon. Without it it’s very difficult to advise.

I meant the original closure notice that they must have sent before this (and to which you responded). This would possibly make clear exactly what was the nature of the problem.
If they were unable to verify the payment account then there is a problem with the documentation you supplied for verification - either the addresses don’t match, or you provided it in an unacceptable form. The details on the documents must match exactly what you key into the fields when making your online application.
It looks as if they are unlikely to respond any further though, which suggests that you have tried this more than once.
Do you or does anyone you know have any other seller account with Amazon, esp. at the same address, or using the same device, or using the same bank account/ payment card?
