UPC code stolen. PLS HELP
Hi,
I added a product a couple of weeks ago. Everything was fine. I was selling the product and then one day all my pictures disappeared. Instead of pictures of my product, there were pictures of a completely different product. I operate under the Generic brand. It looks like someone was trying to add a new product and had the same UPC code. I purchased mine from barcodesmania {Moderator Edit (Jessica) Link removed}
It’s been a week since I reported the issue. They keep sending me emails asking for pictures of the product showing the UPC code but all my stock is in their warehouse. This is ridiculous. I created this detail page, I created the product. Original pictures are in the source file. It is clear that the product page is all about baby wall stickers and that the current pictures are showing something completely different. But still, they want me to prove something!!!

Unfortunately amazon don’t accept codes from barcodemania - only GS1

Sadly this is the problem with using your own codes - even those bought from GS1
You will not get anywhere without proving to them that the barcode is on the product,
They will also want your GS1 certificate to prove that you own that barcode

We are a seller of a brand that do not sell on amazon but allow us to sell on the marketplace. Can they registertheir brand in brand registery even if they are not a seller on Amazon.
