Uploading products : error messages : sizing

Afternoon,

I have tried uploading different products and keep getting the same messages. That the size system (UK) and size class (Alpha) is invalid. It then pops up with more options for these and they all show error messages. It doesn’t matter what I select or input I get the same thing - trying to load my first item and it seems impossible!
