Using HTML in Grocery Category
Can I use HTML in my product description if I am under the Grocery category? I have read endless pages trying to find that answer, and as usual, I am getting no where?

The general answer seems to be that HTML is not allowed by default - though for line breaks in the description it is allowed. Sellers should follow the style guide for the relevant category. The style guide for Grocery (which is dated 2016) doesn’t give any extra permissions to use HTML.
" Do not use HTML, DHTML, JavaScript or other types of code in your product detail pages. As a special case, you can use line breaks (</br>) as necessary in the description."
