Variations help

I have got a problem!
I was adding a variation to a sku…(both FBA and non(for those who don’t have prime) and I must have done something. Suddenly all the FBA skus are showing out stock (even though there is stock showing in the warehouse against them. And at the same time I got a bunch of emails from Amazon saying thank you for creating a listing across what looks like all of the variations. Has this happened to anyone else. I am feeling very worried at this point and would really appreciate any help or insight. Kind regards.
