Violation help
Hi i have had a product authenticity complaint for a generic product i bought from China in July, I have tried to appeal this by submitting an invoice directly from the supplier but amazon keep replying thats its not sufficient enough, on the invoice it includes all my details , the suppliers details , order quantity etc and all the requirements that Amazon desire. I have phoned amazon last week and one of their “specialists” told me that the invoice should be enough to appeal , i have submitted this 3 times with no luck. I do not want the listing reinstated , i just need the violation cleared as it is hindering my brand application, Amazon have already destroyed 50 pcs of the product because they haven’t accepted my invoice. HELP!

Does the invoice have the suppliers website address on ?

Is the ASIN you have listed against branded as Generic or have you listed against something that looks identical to your product but has a brand?
