VTR and Hermes - can I change it now if it's wrong?

My VTR is terrible due to the mistakes with putting PRN number for Royal Mail. Have just sent a Hermes number and the man in the shop said the tracking number is the one on the card they give you and not the one on the label. I put in the one on the card he gave me starts with a P. Is this correct? Can I change it now, if it’s not?? This VTR has been a nightmare as there are soooo many codes. I did take a picture of the label, so i do have it.

Yes, Hermes, and put the P number in - P and 7 digits.

Checked my VTR and it’s gone up from 0% to 50% but had shipped a Yodel and was told to put the long number in under the barcode on the label. I knew I should have asked on here first!!!

Why not send hermes via buy shipping then this wouldn’t be an issue and would help your VTR?

Hello @sarah_s_collectible,

This is Ash from Amazon.

I understand that you have concerns on your Valid tracking rate.

When Selling on Amazon, Selling Partners are required to provide valid tracking for every order.

Amazon defines ‘valid’ tracking as tracking with more than one scan from “integrated carriers”. Selling Partner can find Amazon’s integrated carrier list in the Valid Tracking Rate FAQs.

I would request you to check with your courier partner, and make sure they are integrated with Amazon.

You can learn more on valid tracking policy, and FAQs by clicking here

If you have further concerns, kindly get in touch with our Seller support team using the help option in the seller central, so that we can help you better.

Regards,

Ash.

not sure how the P number on the card they gve you at the shop would work as I often use hermes for items sold on “another site” and the card they give you is for any number of parcels i.e. hand in two and only get one card with one P number of marked as No. of parcels 2.

The tracking would not work for the two parcels going to different places using that
