VTR issues with large letter C&D
I use RM C&D and have for many years.
My VTR has suddenly dropped to 23% and many of my listings have been suspended which is infuriating. I send RM BPL and 70% of my parcels are large letter which is not tracked, and is causing the VTR issue. I learn from the forums that BPL large letter is excempt from VTR calculations as it cannot be tracked by default. Amazon wont listen, what the hell do i do ???

BPL isn’t exempt from VTR calculation because the parcels for that code have delivery confirmation.
For BPL to be used for Letters/Large Letters you need to either be buying it directly from Buy Shipping or you need to be marking it as Stamps/Franking to exempt it from VTR.
You can either do this by stopping C&D from updating Amazon with shipping details or you can let it update Amazon and then Edit Consignment on the relevant orders through Amazon after C&D has marked them dispatched.
That was only true until July 2021. Since then it’s been invalid and you’ve been lucky not to have problems long before now.
