Website and App Showing Different VOC Stats
The Voice of the customer is wildly different from App to website. My app shows 3 products as “Fair” and 3 as “Good”,
In addition to these, the website is showing 15 as “Very Poor” and 1 as “Poor”. Lots of these show 1 in the NCX orders column and details says, “Health not available” with another reason such as “Inaccurate website description” or “Wrong item was sent” showing below…
Some of the dates go back to 2020, so something is obviously amiss. I am just concerned that Amazon will suppress listings!
