What Is The Point Of Using Tracking on Amazon?

Yet to win an A-Z claim! Been On here since 2018. Never ever challenged them but thought we should give it a go this year! A-Z claim opened, fully Royal Mail tracked 48 service used purchased through amazon to the door, tracking shows item delivered with a photo of the front door and with GPS coordinates. On top of this we even have a message from the customer to say the item has now been delivered! A-Z Granted we appealed and the decision was upheld! We then email the MD and get this Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision! Why do we bother paying extra to use tracking services? Have another one in the waiting where the customer has opened an a-z now gone and collected the goods from the sorting office and been granted a refund, we await the decision of the appeal for that, plus another customer with £100 pounds of goods signed for and tracked saying not received! What is the point of even sending anything tracked anymore with amazon when they under minding couriers millions of pounds tracking systems?
