Read only... And it's not been delivered to us yet because the buyer literally dropped it off at the post office and opened an A-Z claim straight away.
I don't know whats been going on lately but we have had several unreasonable A-Z claims recently.
This one was an A-Z claim for a return with the buyer claiming we had received her return back and failed to refund her. When I've looked into it, I've found they dropped the return off at the post office and then opened the claim a very short time later - it hadn't been delivered back to us, it was probably still sitting in the post bag at her local post office! We sell clothing so pretty much all our returns are refund on first scan. It does say prior refund has been applied, so I don't know how she opened the A-Z claim as I would have expected Amazon to have done the automatic refund more or less straight away.
Amazon have granted the claim. I'm not bothered about the refund but its given us a defect for it, which really isn't fair given that we haven't even received the return back and the buyer gave us a couple of hours (maybe even less!) to process and refund her before filing the A-Z. The case says closed and isn't able to be appealed. Any advice? Thanks
