When i am processing brand registry amazon always send code to a wrong email address.Anyone know what should i do.

Not sure if this will help or not but, when I got locked out of my account and the OTP was being sent to an old mobile phone number, I was able to update it by ringing Customer Services and updating it on my buyer account, which in turn updated it on my seller account.
Maybe you can do the same with your email address?

Can you clarify what you mean by a wrong address? Do you mean you just don’t get it, it goes to another email address you control or its going to a random email you’ve not heard of? Is your brand name the same as another on Amazon but for a different class of goods?

Check that your contact details registered at UKIPO for your trademark are up to date, as that is where Amazon will send the verification code.

How and where did you register your trademark? Did you do it through Gov.UK?
