Why have I not been paid?
Hi Can anyone help me?
I have funds available for disbursement however the disbursement keeps on closing with £0.00.
Why is this happening?
I have also tried requesting the money however it is not helping either.
My products are all FBA so there should be no a-z claims. Not sure what else the problem could be?
Advice please?

Is your bank account still verified and showing the green tick?

Are they holding an amount back, if you are a new Seller for example, or very high amounts sold.
Eg sold £20,001 and they have £20,000 in reserve, means when you ask for your money, you get £1 (So if instead you sold £19,999 and they have a reserve of £20,000 - then you get paid £0)
That usually alters over time, and amounts lowered, or time allowed, so maybe 2 weeks of sales not paid until 2 weeks pass by etc.
It is to cover any returns, claims etc, in case you go and they are left with the bill. (as returns are until 31 January 2023, from 1 November 2022, literally all items could be returned, then you have to pay all back, plus all storage costs, postage, and fees).

Thanks all for the advice. I just noticed that when I go under account info i get this message
You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.
To receive disbursements, verify at least one bank account.[Start bank account verification here.]
When I press start bank account verification they ask me for one OTP after the next and I cannot get to actually log in and verify.
Any ideas?
