Why is my Amazon EU account not verified?
Hello,
I live in UK and I’m an Amazon US seller. Now I want to make sales in UK. But my bank account doesn’t approve my Amazon UK account despite the monthly FBA fee (£30). The Amazon UK support team said that my information couldn’t be verified and that I should talk my bank. My bank support team said me might be time out. So they said there was no problem in my bank account. But it still seems to be £1 pending transactions in my bank account. I sent official papers for Amazon UK, like a bank statement. But even so, still haven’t verified of my Amazon UK account.
What can I do in this case? I’d appreciate it if you could help.
