Wrongly set up EAN code - to to re-attribute?
Hello,
I recently set up a product and used the wrong EAN code. I deleted the listing and when I tried to use the EAN code for the correct product I got a message as follows and it wouldn’t allow me to use this EAN for the correct product:
“it conflicts with the value for another product (the one I deleted) for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).”
We are the brand owner for the product so I’m not sure what we can do so that the EAN is now attributed to the correct product (following me originally attributing to the wrong product).
Any help and advice would be welcomed. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Ian

Can you reactivate and edit the first listing?

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
It was set up originally (and incorrectly) as a single product, whereas now it is part of a variable product, would that still work?
Also how would I reactivate the listing?
Thank you
Kind regards,
Ian
