we have received a “Your listing is under review - action required” email from amazon as someone has claimed we have supplied a “fake” Dell laptop ??? (probably another person traying a scam)

amazon want invoices and so on, but when replying to the Amazon email, it bounces back

the address we have in the email is pq-offer-review@amazon.co.uk

does anyone know the correct email, so we can send all documents they require

Is there anything on account health and a way to submit documents on there?

Also check the size of the invoices you are sending, if they are too large it may cause the email to bounce back. Some organisations impose a limit on how big emails can be.

Thanks for your help, they received copies of our Dell invoices, but still asking for yet more info
