My Items have been stuck at LAN2 for 2 months!! PLEASE HELP!!
A box of my items has been stuck at LAN2 for 2 months. I was told that I would have to wait for 60 days before Amazon could do anything about it. I was also told that my case would stay open until it was solved, but it was closed, unsolved. The Help section seems to be down today, at least for what I'm trying to do. (Surprise!)
Could someone please, please help me with this situation? Thank you

As this is an FBA issue, please create a new discussion to the correct team so they can take a look. Start a New discussion and select Fulfill Orders and then the correct tags at the bottom of the page and someone will get back to you as soon as they can.

Good luck! We still have shipments from September that Amazon hasn't "received" yet.
But we're still being charged Low Inventory Fees even though Amazon is at fault because they decided to re-route the shipments to different FC's which obviously causes issues for our inventory but yet, we have to pay the fees.

Sounds like you're about to get told that your package never arrived and your receipts won't be accepted as proof of purchase. Yay Amazon. (Is there a way to make the "why are we doing this" crazy-faced emoji? lol)
