I sell alot of items fbm on the platform and buy alot of my tracking from amazon itself please tell me when a buyer says it hasnt arrived when it was brought tracked via hermes via amazon with proof of delivery and put in there letterbox so literally no chance of it being stolen do i then loose the claim when i appeal it this is just a joke

anyone else have a case like this wasnt a small amount either and lost money on the delivery as well

Below, you can find information from the Buy Shipping Services Help Page:
"If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and dispatch on time, you are protected against A-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims."
