Customer reviews policy violation (correspondence with customers to write or change reviews)
I have recently had this violation thats turned my 1000 account health rating to 0.
I have appealed using the methods that usually work including evidence and POA and keeps getting denied.

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, submit an appeal that includes the following information:
-- A detailed description of all methods that you used to contact customers in order to obtain reviews in ways that are prohibited by Amazon policies.
-- Contact information, such as the name, email address, and website, of any third parties that you engaged with to obtain prohibited reviews or manipulate reviews.
-- Documentation such as emails or receipts from any such third party confirming that you used their service.
-- Identifying information for any customer accounts that you or a third party used to post prohibited reviews.
-- A detailed plan that explains how you will prevent customer review manipulation in the future.
problem is I don't have any of this evidence and don't use any third parties (other than jungle scout?)
can anybody help we are a large seller (8 figures a year) please help if possible

We are in the same boat. I am looking for info related to this violation but there is so little information on the Amazon forum related to this violation.
In your case, what I would do is acknowledge that I have launched a new product and I did try to post a review from my buyer account. This was a mistake from my end which will never happen again. I am well versed with most of the Amazon policies but seems like I have missed Amazon policy related to customer review policy. What I did was print the customer review policy and read it. Rest assured, this won't happen again.
