Royal Mail Overlabelling a returned item

Ive had a return today with the standard Amazon issued Royal Mail Tracked 48 label

However, over the top of it has been stuck another label. It reads 'Overlabelled at North West Hub' with a QR code and a tracking number.

Now the trouble is I have no idea who sent the parcel back. The new tracking number does not bring up anything under Manage Returns'

As I currently have 3 of the same product being returned I have no idea who to refund. There is no explanation why Royal Mail overlabelled the original label - but its now caused an issue at my end.

Any ideas how to resolve?

Can you check the tracking details for the 3 original labels and see if any of their info helps? Maybe some of them have tracking updates after going through a hub, or maybe only one was scanned as being received and then didn't get updated for being scanned at a hub.
