Did you address the issues? If not they will stay forever pretty much as far as I know.

If you fixed them that should drop off sometime down the line.

Greetings @Alpine_Choice_LTD,

My few listings got Policy Violation for Inaccurate categorization with High Impact. Amazon is still not removing those violation from the account.

I understand you recently received policy violations for inaccurately categorizing some of your products. I want to provide some insight into the policies for your detail pages and ASIN creations.

The product detail page is one of the most important aspects of your business here on Amazon, as this is where potential buyers learn about your products. Just as it is important to you to offer quality, unique items, it is important to also have unique detail pages for each product. When it comes to categorizing your products, this is just as important as the smaller details of the detail page.

Per the product detail page rules, all sellers must accurately categorize and describe their products. Had you recently updated the category of the listings in question? Or were these newly-created listings? Were you previously aware of the product detail page rules?

I Have Fixed the issue

How did you fix the issue?

If you would please provide some more information on the issue, the forums community and I would gladly support you further.

@NEVERLAST is partially correct. Some violations do fall off the Account Health page after 180 days, but there is no guarantee this will happen. For more insight to this, please visit the Account Health Rating frequently asked questions page here.

Please continue to post updates and ask further questions via this thread.

All the best,

Stevie
