This product is ineligible for sending to Amazon with a manufacturer barcode

Hello!
I just created and finished a shipment to Amazon UK. All good, could finish it.
But when I try to send the same shipment to Germany marketplace, I can not, because one of the ASIN has an error:
This product is ineligible for sending to Amazon with a manufacturer barcode. Please remove the product from the shipment, re-create the offer with an Amazon barcode and label your units.

I don’t understand… To the UK, there was no issue with this ASIN! If this ASIN is eligible to be sent to the UK, why not Germany?

I had the same problem with another ASIN in the UK marketplace a while ago, and I resolved it only after a month. I did everything to resolve this, in the end I just needed to edit the listing and change Item Type name. But this time it does not work.
