Hi, All we changed from Royal Mail to Yodel whilst RM are striking, Now suddenly I cannot see our One Day Premium service when checking out one of our items.

Are you still eligible for it?
Their metrics are quite tough (I’ve currently lost mine because despite paying for Saturday Guarantee Royal Mail didn’t deliver my Special Delivery item until the Monday brought my ODR down under the 97% required)

Yeah, its still active in my shipping template. Not had any warnings or notifications. Will double check for sure though.

Since it appears you have lost eligibility probably due to the Royal Mail strikes, you will need to trade your way out of it and work a solution for the future.
Until around a year ago, I was always dropping in and out of being eligible but in the end worked on a solution to stop this from happening.
First and foremost, I have found that Amazon buy shipping will offer more protection than something like click and drop but it won’t help you if the deliveries are late.
I could also see that every time I lost my eligibility, it was down to being a single day late and it piled on a lot of pressure in getting this right along with costs. I therefore raised the prices of my one day shipping and decided to use a reliable cheap courier who only offered a next day service. I believe DPD, DHL and APC will offer prices to beat the Royal Mail tracked services. It is a faff as some of these have to be inputted manually.
For the 2 day service, I raised the prices on this but it was cost effective to use APC for these as well or run a risk and pick CRL 24 through Amazon buy shipping. It will also assist you using this service when couriers are charging premiums for NI and Scottish Highlands.
It does happen but not common for people to order a 2 day service but get it in one day and complain they were not in to receive it. Never happened to me but there are some on the forums that have received negative feedback for this and complaints but the important thing is that it does not hurt your shipping metrics for being a day early.
Try also appealing the decision as with the Royal Mail strikes, Amazon maybe able to reinstate it for you. There were occasions although a few years ago now where I lost eligibility, raised a case and managed to have it reinstated without the need to build my metrics back up. You may get that if it is a one off.

I use these, BUT they are only collection bags .I get mine returned back empty for further use from the Parcel Hub ( mine is at Warrington)
So unfortunately the SD item is mixed with other SDs at the RM Delivery office
I add these , so this may help you in the future ,To signify a Saturday Special delivery Better than the small monochrome SG on the label which can be easily missed , you can order on your RM Business Account Shop .a sheet of 72 Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed labels (P6544) they are in Yellow with a large SG on and that may help the delivery office notice them in the future .)) https://shop.royalmail.com/saturday-guaranteed-labels
