Account moved from Good back to Risk
Hello
When i started i thought i could sell under anybody since its the same product with no logo. I got infringement strkes for that, cos they are in sizes i was penalized on the same product with 4 strikes.
I tried to appeal but to no avail, since then i have been so careful and now selling my own brand.
My account has moved from risk to good and just today i checked the account health and it’s back to risk with no new reason.
I don’t understand, how does the Account health works and what can triggered my account from good to risk without any known error.
Can you enlighten me please, I have tried to read more about Account health but yet hasn’t really justify why i was moved back to risk when im doing everything right to my knowledge.
I look forward to hearing from you guys
Thanks

Thanks a million times!!!
The Account health rating is now on Good in the United Kingdom but at other market places (Fr, Es, De and IT) the account is still on Risk but it was the same product that i deleted caused all the strike in these countries.
I have tried to check if i can submit pro-action taken just as i did in Uk but no list of item was displayed under infringement (deleted) but the account still on Risk.
Is there anything else i need to do in those market places?
Your kind help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello there again!
Thanks for your help all my account health in all marketplaces are now on Good status. Thanks for your help, but i still have a little concern. At the UK marketplace, i still have 1 infringement strike which i have sent an appeal for and the ASIN has been deleted from all the marketplaces but it still showing on my account health as 1 infringement.
Is there something i am not doing right or is there any additional information i ll need to provide to make it all gone?
Kindly assist me on this.
Thank you

Hello @Taino,
Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. I understand you are concerned about the Infringement alerts on your Account health dashboard that is causing the “at risk” banner to appear.
You will have an appeal button on the Received intellectual property violations as there is a Rights owner complaining about this but not the suspected ones as these are system triggered.
If you are not approved by the Right’s owner, you would have to delete the ASINs and provide a plan of action explaining how you will avoid listing unlicensed products going forward.
For appealing, a plan of action must be in the following format:
-
Root cause(s): What went wrong that the issue had come up?
Did you seek permissions before mapping? If you have permissions, provide the same.
If you do not agree to the claim, you must provide valid proofs to challenge this decision. -
Corrective measures: What steps had you taken to resolve the issue?
Did you contact the Right’s owner to get a better understanding of this issue?
Did you reach out to your supplier to confirm if they were authorized to sell the brand in question?
Did you check your existing listings to see for any infringement which may have gone unnoticed?
Have you deleted the listings that are in violation? -
Preventive steps: How can you control it? Think long term!
What are the changes you can bring in to control or to avoid similar violation?
If you are not authorized to sell a brand, how will you make sure to not list it?
Please visit Amazon’s intellectual property policy, to learn more.
If you do not agree to the violation then you may dispute by sharing a list of the allegedly infringing ASINs and at least one of the following, as applicable:
a. Invoices proving the authenticity of your products (you may remove pricing information); OR
b. Amazon order IDs demonstrating product authenticity; OR
c. An authorization letter from the rights owner (cannot be a forwarded email); OR
d. A court order finding that your product does not infringe the asserted IP, or that the asserted IP is invalid or unenforceable.
If you have already appealed with this information, please wait for the concerned team to get back to you. If not, please submit the plan from the view appeal button on your account health dashboard and the concerned team will get back to you.
Also, you will receive a call from the concerned team before any action is taken on your account for any policy or performance violation.
Best,
Ruth.
