ODR is GOOD, WHY don't have BUY BOX?!!!

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request a review of our Buy Box eligibility, as we have suddenly lost the Buy Box for all our listings despite maintaining excellent performance metrics.

Currently, our Order Defect Rate (ODR) stands at 0.9%, well within Amazon's requirements. In August, we had nearly 400+ sales, so this issue is not due to low order volume. Our pricing is competitive, and we meet all the account requirements as indicated by the notifications in our seller dashboard. The loss of the Buy Box was sudden, and we are unable to understand the reason behind it.

Given that all the standards are being met and our performance is strong, we would appreciate a thorough review to help us restore the Buy Box, as this issue is significantly affecting our sales.
