Engine Mount under "Tools & Home Improvement", losing fitment data

My new and old listings for motor/engine mounts are all not able to link with their fitment data and therefore don't display fitment data now that Amazon has changes the "product type" of "automotive-engine-mounts" (item type) to product type: "mount_bracket". Necessary information for the fitment data to link like "Manufacturer Part Number" is not displayed and the mounts are no longer being displayed under "Automotive" department but "Tools & Home Improvement". If any of you guys have dealt with this issue please let me know what might fix this, it is very urgent and no one I've spoken with on Amazon help pages seems to know what fitment is.
