Listing not showing

I have noticed a complete stop on a particular listing that usually plods along quite steadily. ASIN B00NG16ETG. The weird thing is, if I copy the title fully, literally word for word, and then paste in the search bar to search for that, the listing still doesn’t come back! If I search by the ASIN it is returned, but customers will not be searching using that so it is not visible.

My account health bar is good/green. I have no violations or anything flagging as red on the dashboard. I have just had an automatic a-z refund granted, could that be the reason? My other listings appear to be showing when searched for though. The only ‘bad’ thing I have on my dashboard is a VTR of 80%. Could it be that?

Do you mean in the inventory status? No, it is still showing as active

The listing appears to have lost its browse node and also has no current sellers. Both can be reasons for the lack of search results.

If you think you should be on the listing then VTR could be a reason, but Amazon would’ve told you.

Edit - scratch there being no sellers, i refreshed the page and there you are.

So, I have been back and forth and around the house with SS and apparently the listing is live, active and searchable. In varying ways, I have tried to explain that I know the listing is active but appears to only be searchable by the ASIN, not from any keywords or exact words matching the title…you can guess how those conversations went :face_with_raised_eyebrow::roll_eyes:

Before I do it, does anyone know if it is worth/detrimental if I cancel the listing, not just putting the quantity to zero and then re-listing (on the same listing btw, not creating a new one) as currently the stock is just sat there waiting to be found by those super special customers that know the ASIN!

Ooo I think I have figured it out…doesn’t really help me but I have found and understand the reason (I think).

The title of the tea is ‘skinny tea’. If I search ‘skinny tea’ it does not return, if I searched for the brand and any other words in the title, it returns!?
