The brandname of the title disappeared after we try to update the title.
Because the brand-name of the title is not at first place at first, we try to update the title and move the brand-name to the first place.
It goes into effect in sellercentral backed, order, and even the browser tab, but disappeared from the title.
In other sites, it had already become effective, and the title has brand-name at fist place.
We created a case(ID: 16730570881) to caller for help from seller support team from Amazon. At first, a specialist told us: it will be fixed in 72 hours. And it not, after around 72 hours, I contacted them again, an other responder told us we should focus on building a stronger brand.
It makes us confused.
As the brand owner, we insist the brandname should be back to the first place of the title ASAP, on amazon.com, same as other sites.

Now there are 2 ASINs that the brand-name disappeared.
It is going to have very bad influence on the conversion and decreased sales of our products.

I can see you are working the the Brand Registry team on CASE ID 16730570881 and they updated you yesterday December 8th, 2024 that it will take about ~ 10 days to add your brand name to your ASINs. The brand name should reflect on your listings by December 15th, 2024. If you do not see your brand name on that day, please follow up with them again or reach back out to us here on the forums.
