Cancelling a pending FBA Order
Hello,
Have accidentally had an order placed for an item where the advertised price was much lower than intended due to a pricing error.
The order is still in pending status.
I am curious to know if it is possible to have pending FBA Orders cancelled, or held until the full amount is paid?
I’ve seen several forum posts for similar issues where people have said it isn’t possible to cancel orders of this nature.
I would believe this, however… as a customer of Amazon, I’ve received e-mails which state the following
"Hello,
Unfortunately, we’ve had to cancel the following item from your order # XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX (ETC) . The items were unfortunately shown with a wrong price during the checkout process and, therefore, the marketplace seller has asked us to cancel your order."
ETC.
This surely shows that amazon are able to cancel orders where the price is incorrectly advertised, as they have done it to me! (I’ve explained this in an amazon seller support case that clearly this is possible - awaiting response)
If anyone has any advice or experience with this issue, would be much appreciated

No, you can’t cancel an FBA order.
All you can do is to ask support to do so, which 99.9% of the time they simply won’t.
If you have received emails of this nature, then it is probably because it was a SFP order, rather than FBA.
