Where is my listing and why cant Amazon find it?
I have listed a new product (Branded) as soon as I submit it, it disappears. The upload is visible on my phone (app) but online (computer) nothing. Spoke to seller support numerous times, who keep telling me to create another listing. Now I have 5 of the same listing on my app and nothing showing elsewhere. Just spoke to someone else from seller support whom I got cut off from, after she asked me "was I sure that the listing wasn't in my drafts" The received an email asking me to submit the listing in an Exel spreadsheet.... Just spent half an hour completing this and it just gives an error code.. I JUST NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS NOT TRYING TO FOBB ME OFF!! Please can someone help me?? Yes, I have tried from different browsers :)
