Fraudulent Brand Registry on ASINs

I sell an ASIN on FBA and sell around 200 units per month. Recently, a company who does not own the brand has managed to register it as their own product under a different brand (their own company name)
This has meant that when I have come to restock FBA, I can no longer send in stock as I am now not authorised to sell the item as it is controlled by a competitor!!
Amazon are struggling to actually comprehend what has happened and as the genuine brand has not yet registered on Brand Registry, they won’t allow me to put an official change request in!!
