Read onlyHi, I have a big issue with Amazon FBA. They several times lost a significant portion of my inbound shipment. While I provided all evidence that the shipment was delivered with all the units (POD, weight analysis) they do not reimburse the inventory they lost. Insted they keep sending the same template messages again and again.
Does anybody have this experience?
Is here anyone from Amazon who is willing to help? It seems like Amazon is forcing me to stop selling on their platform after 10 years.

Hi @Seller_uOD0aOSoNfVU6,
did you provide all invoices that cover all units sent in all the shipments you have sent in the time frame between the invoice and the shipment's date? It is crucial not to only proof the ownership of the units in that one particular shipment, but for all those units that were sent as well in other shipments in the same time frame.
Best Regards
Rachelle
When did you experience this issue? I have a shipment from January that got lost, and they received half of the products in stock, but the other half is lost. We provided the proof of delivery (POD) and invoices as evidence, but they keep sending automated responses. I don't know how to handle this problem.
Hi Tetrev,
You are not alone. I was fighting a few times with the so-called support regarding discrepancies. But I want to point to another aspect of that mybe AMAZON will realise this way. I am a single maker manufacturing hand-made products, not only made to order and personalisable but also storable, that are offered from FBA.
Obviously from time to time there ar missing items after the shippment.
Imagine AMAZON keeps asking me for a purchasing invoice, serial number etc. This is ridiculous. As I was a whole factory with quality insurance.
As the products are hand-made by myself, why do they still send me the same templates?
Why do they not elaborate a different method and requirement for commercial sellers and others for hand-made makers.
Allegedly, they promote this kind of seller etc. Yes virtually.
