Lost goods in Amazon FBA center

Good morning,

Amazon has lost my inventory in the FBA warehouse for the shipment with ID: FBA15JBKGRMK. According to the carrier, the shipment arrived at the FBA warehouse (BLQ1) on 08/08/2024 (I have proof of delivery with the Amazon employee's signature). The shipment status has remained "in transit." After contacting Amazon on 19/09/2024, I received a response stating that the shipment never arrived at the warehouse (Case ID: 10219193052).

Amazon requested the following documents: an invoice, the quantity of goods sent, and proof of delivery. Since then, I have only been receiving the following message:

"After a review of your shipment FBA15JBKGRMK, we've determined that it is not yet eligible for reconciliation. Waiting until the shipment is eligible helps ensure that the products in your shipment have had sufficient time to reach the appropriate fulfillment centers. This includes your products that need to be reshipped to other locations in order to be closer to customers."

I have already opened another case regarding the missing goods: (CASE ID10485886992), but since 2 weeks, no one from Amazon support has responded.

I know this issue has affected several sellers before, so I kindly ask for your advice on how you managed to resolve this problem.

I suggest that you stop messing around and immediately begin proceedings in the Small Claims Court. I've done it many times, it's the quickest way to get your funds.

It is easy and cheap, you can do it all yourself, no solicitor needed and you can also claim your legal costs.

If you don't know how, just search online for "money claim online".

We are in this exactly situation. Shipment into LBA4, diverted at their request into LBA9. We have a signed POD, again by an Amazon employee, and have received the same response as you guys from their pitiful AI. Our product is seasonal - fortunately only 1 pallet, given what this organisation is capable of, but it is perishable stock too and has sat there now since 5th October. Appalling. Shipment ID FBA15JJ54JST.

We have the same. 6000pcs signed for and then moved and signed for again from the 6th sep to 17th sep. But shipping plan stuck in transit status. Im in the process of gathering the docs they are asking for. Then hopefully once i provide someone looks for it. My guess is its in a lorry in the yard backed up.

We had a similar issue - with Amazon paying out for the lost goods.

However - 1 month later the stock just appeared in my FBA stock, and started selling...

2 weeks later Amazon deducted the money back - no flies on them!

It's a pity you can't open an A-Z claim claim against them & you would have your money paid back in an instant!

We made a decision this year to send a few bits this year to FBA as last year was a complete nightmare with missing stock. I mainly trade in retired toys and because the invoices where to old all my claims got reject. I lost around £3K. I was worried that sales would take a massive dip due to not doing FBA but I seem to tracking flat at present.

I've had the same issue happen to me on multiple occasions, I have no idea what they are doing with our products as they take little responsibility and makes me cautious in sending via FBA. Hope you get it sorted
