How to be authorised by brand X to sell their products?

Hi everyone! I’ve seen many topics here but can’t really find an answer - We were selling products from brand X - These products were blocked by Amazon as we were not authorised to sell from this brand. We need a letter of authorisation as far as we know - but what should it look like? Should it contain our merchant token + e-mail address and shop name? It should be signed and scanned by representative of that brand, right? Then we have to send it to performance team or somewhere else? Do the brand need to contact Amazon themselves and explain that we are authorised to sell on Amazon?

Thank you for any help

A letter of authorisation, is from the brand and not something you provide them with.
So you need to contact them and for them to basically confirm that they authorise you to sell their brand.

That gives an example.
