What would you do ? Product Compliance Requests

I primarily sell Pokemon cards and Amazon is requesting Product Compliance Requests for all Pokemon products. Here is the dilemma -

The Pokemon company does not classify these as toys, meaning there are no documents for these product because they dont need them.

Amazon classifies them as toys and is removing thousands of listings, i have lots of FBA listing now deleted by Amazon and i must now pull back a lot of my products from FBA.

Amazon is even removing listings that they sell on, so i guess they themselves do not have the documents and are just destroying all the Pokemon products ?

What should i do ?

have you tried appealing on the grounds that they are for over 14s or that it doesn’t apply to your product ?

they are toys - and Pokemon company have produced the necessary documentation - the documentation is out there. but the documentation wont help for single cards -
documentation will cover only boosters, booster cdu, gift sets and etb

Another 100+ items pulled today, does anyone have any idea on how to get the documentation or products brought back up ?

Thanks.
